Palm Wound Care exists for one reason: too many wounds get worse simply because the patient couldn't get to care. Our licensed clinicians bring wound treatment to the bedside — at home, in assisted living, and in skilled nursing facilities across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.

Clinical discipline
Every wound gets measured, staged, and tracked. If it isn't improving, the plan changes — and the right specialist gets involved.
Plain language, three languages
Adult children, spouses, and caregivers hold most wound plans together. We explain what we see and what happens next — in English, Spanish, or Russian.
Team-first communication
The patient's physicians, home health nurses, and facility staff get our findings. Good wound care is a team sport, and we pass the ball.
Access as a principle
Mobility limits, transportation barriers, and caregiver strain shouldn't decide whether a wound heals. That's the problem we built this practice to fix.
